What do I do with my trash? 

We know you’re on vacation, but if you need to empty the trash, please don’t place it on your porch or in the hall. We have a trash + recycling center located at the rear of the property, near the pool (the large white enclosure): the door on the right is for trash while the door on the left is for all recycling. Spare trash bags are under the kitchen sink in your unit. 

 

How does my TV work? 

Need a “relax-and-chill” day? We use Hulu TV for premium cable channels, which is already set-up and logged in when you turn on the television. Plus, all the televisions are smart TVs, and you are able log into your own personal streaming services such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+, etc. 

  • To access the streaming service apps, select the HOME button on the remote, then scroll over to your selection. 

  • Remember to log out of your personal accounts when you check-out so the next guests don’t have access. 

 

How does the Bose sound speaker work? 

The Bose sound speaker is Bluetooth compatible so just add it to your settings and enjoy your personal playlist.  

 

How do I open the blinds on the slider door? 

Slider door blinds operate with a remote affixed to the wall near the door.  

 

How does the air conditioning and heat work? 

  • There is an air conditioning remote mounted on the wall for you to control your unit. 

  • Heat thermostats are in central location, and you may adjust to your own preference. 

 

Are there extra towels & linens? 

In the linen closet, you will find that your unit is equipped with plenty of extra bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, as well as extra pillows and blankets. Plus, plenty of pool/beach towels, which are white & beige striped. 

 

  

Do you have any beach chairs I can borrow? 

Yes, we do! Beach chairs are hanging on the rear of the pool shed. Please use them at your convenience and return to the hooks when you return from your day of fun in the sun. Please do not leave beach chairs on your porch or in your unit. 

 

Where can I wash my clothes? 

Each unit is equipped with laundry facilities. Units 1-8 have a combination washer + dryer unit which des both the washing & drying in one complete cycle. Please note: It does take ~2 hours to complete both cycles, and you are not able to just dry items, it must process both a wash + dry cycle together. Units 9, 10, + 11 have traditional (separate) washer and dryer units. 

 

We had a party and need to tidy up a bit! 

Your unit is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, broom + dustpan. We have also included a few standard cleaning supplies in for your convenience such as Windex, a bathroom cleaner, and an all-purpose cleaner. 

  • Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to your arrival to make arrangements. 

 

We’ve left you a few consumables to get you started: laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, trash bags, dishwasher soap, and some few standard toiletries. If you need more, our friends at Bradbury Brothers Market have additional supplies.  

 

Outdoor Spaces: There are lots of outdoor spaces at The Langsford for you to enjoy! Each unit offers a private outdoor seating area, porches equipped with some seating. Units 5, 6, 7, + 8 also have a rear deck with bistro seating available. 

  • POOL: Our small, quiet pool area with comfortable chaises lounges and a small table and chairs.  

  • BBQ GRILL: There is a community grill available inside the pool area. Or, we have two free standing grills located at the rear of the townhouses. 

  • FIREPIT: The community firepit, on the lawn by the townhouses, operates with a timer you can set for your enjoyment. 

  • BIKES: We have some bikes available for our guests’ enjoyment, which you can use at your convenience. We ask that you return the bikes to the bike barn when you are done, so another guest can enjoy it too. All bike lock combinations are BIKE.

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

Deposit Policy

50% at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

You will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee when cancelled with at least 30 days’ notice prior to arrival. Responsible for entire stay when cancelled with less than 30 days’ notice.

What if there’s an error on your website?
